Policies
Scheduling - Clients who can commit to a 4 - 8 week schedule will have priority in booking. There will be additional fees to those who wait more than 8 weeks between grooming visits.
Vaccinations - Your pet is required to be current on their vaccines (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo) to book an appointment with us.
Cancelations/Rescheduling/No Shows - Please do so 48 business hours in advance.
Pickup - Pickup is within 1 hour of call/text notification. Late pick up charge is $24/hr
Rewash - Please make sure your pet relieves himself before his appointment. $15 - $25 for rewash
