Thank you for entrusting your beloved pet with Gentle Grooming. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Health and Safety:

• All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of Rabies shot is required.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears to be sick, aggressive, or unsafe to handle.

• If your pet has any known health issues or special needs, please inform us before the grooming session.

Grooming Process:

• Grooming times may vary depending on the size, breed, and condition of your pet’s coat.

• We will do our best to groom your pet to your specifications. However, we are not responsible for variations in the grooming outcome due to the pet’s behavior, coat condition, or previous grooming history.

Matting and Shaving:

• Severely matted pets may need to be shaved for their safety and comfort. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

• Shaving a matted coat may reveal pre-existing skin conditions or injuries. We are not responsible for any conditions uncovered during grooming.

Accidents and Injuries:

• While we take utmost care to ensure your pet’s safety, accidents can happen. In the rare event of an injury, we will seek immediate veterinary care.

• Any veterinary costs incurred due to grooming-related injuries will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

Fleas and Ticks:

• Pets with fleas or ticks will be treated with an appropriate product at an additional charge. This is necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $45 dollar cancellation/no show fee.

• Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a requirement for pre-payment for future appointments.

Personal Items:

• We are not responsible for any personal items left with your pet (e.g., collars, leashes, toys).

Photographs and Social Media:

• We may take photographs of your pet during grooming sessions for use on our social media and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used, please inform us.
